How and where do I use HOLD ON TIGHT Body Grip Formula?
This Body grip provides both hydration and better grip. Apply a small amount with the back of your hand (to not your hands grip) before pole class, on the gripping areas of your body which are dry or cold.. Intended as a body grip, not as a handgrip!

What is the product for?
This product is for your body. To get better body grip on pole, moisture your skin for your whole body and keeping it soft and supple.
What problems does the product solve?
Better body grip without being sticky or leave stains on the pole. At the same time giving moisture without getting your body slippery. Adjust amount and time before pole class depending on how dry your skin is.
Can I use the product to get a better hand grip?
No, this is not to be used as a hand grip. You can use the product when you need moisture, but we recommend you to rinse your hands before getting on the pole or apply the product with the back of your hand when you use it at a pole class.
What scent does the product have?
Floral/Oriental.

It has a rich gel formula that is easy to apply and gives a longlasting body grip. The product gives you the friction you need to stay on the pole without being sticky.

Does the product contain any "dangerous substances"?
No, the product does not contain any "dangerous" or controversial substances such as PFAS, microplastics, silicones, sulfates, parabens, etc.
Is the product approved in more countries than Sweden?
Yes, the product is approved throughout EU.
Is the product tested on animals?
No, the product is not tested on animals. Animal testing has been banned in the EU for a long time, both the testing of products and their ingredients.

What happens when I place an order?
Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with details about the products, pricing, billing, and delivery addresses.
Which payment methods and currencies are used?
For customers in Sweden, prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and for customers in the rest of Europe in Euros (EUR). All prices include local VAT, and any additional charges are clearly displayed before completing your order. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.
How does shipping and delivery work within Sweden?
For domestic orders, we ship using either Early Bird or PostNord via the Varubrev service. This means your package is delivered directly to your door or mailbox, and you will receive an SMS notification upon delivery. If delivery to your address is not possible, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point and you will be informed by SMS. Normal delivery times within Sweden are 1–3 business days.
What shipping options are available for the rest of Europe?
For international orders, shipping options include UPS, DHL, and local carriers. Estimated delivery times are between 2–6 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by external factors such as customs or local carrier delays.
When does responsibility for the product transfer to me?
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once delivery is completed. For home deliveries, this is when the parcel is delivered to your address; for service point deliveries, it is when you collect the parcel. It is recommended that you inspect the products upon receipt.
How can I track my package?
For home deliveries in Sweden, you will receive tracking information, and an SMS notification will be sent when your package is delivered. For pickup deliveries and international shipments with UPS, DHL, or other carriers, you will receive tracking information when available.
What is your return policy and cancellation rights?
According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or used. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and, if applicable, have the original seal intact.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@hold-on-tight.se within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and details of the product(s) you wish to return. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be sent back in its original packaging, well protected and using a trackable shipping service.
Which products are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with the seal intact before initiating a return.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hold-on-tight.se. Please provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue. Once your complaint is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Our delivery times are estimated (2–3 days in Sweden, 2–5 days in Europe). We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, courier issues, or holidays. If you experience any issues with a delayed delivery, please contact us at info@hold-on-tight.se.
