Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Hold On Tight products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Right of withdrawal - 14 days
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel and return it, for any reason and without justification. The 14-day period starts the day you (or someone you've nominated) receives the goods. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused and in its original, undamaged packaging - and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Opened Body Grip bottles cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the Hold On Tight Body Grip Formula is a sealed cosmetic product. Once the hygiene seal is broken or the bottle has been opened, it can no longer be returned or refunded, even within the 14-day window. This follows EU and UK consumer law on sealed goods that can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Unopened bottles with the seal intact can be returned as normal. Sticker charts and other non-cosmetic items can be returned within 14 days as long as they're unused and in original condition.

How to start a return or cancellation
Use the "Withdraw from contract" / "Cancle order" button on our website or in your account in the order confirmation, or contact us at info@hold-on-tight.se. We'll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Please don't send items back before requesting a return - packages sent without prior contact can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@hold-on-tight.se and we'll make it right - this applies regardless of the 14-day window and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you'd like.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or your proof that you've sent it). Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a little longer to appear on your statement. If more than 14 days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, contact us at info@hold-on-tight.se.
