1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from Hold On Tight AB (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or ordering from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Products & Availability
We sell cosmetic products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without liability.

4. Orders, Billing, Payment, and Invoicing

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • For customers in Sweden, all prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK). For customers in the rest of Europe, prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).

  • Prices for products, subscriptions, and any additional charges are available on the website before order completion and are also confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices are inclusive of local VAT and payable in the currency indicated on the website.

  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or inaccuracies in pricing or stock information.

4.1 Invoicing
We may invoice you in advance or in arrears and at the frequency agreed upon in the contract. You agree to receive electronic invoices sent to the email address provided in your account. It is your responsibility to keep all account information, including your email address, up to date.

4.2 Order Information
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to the provided email address. This confirmation includes details about the products, pricing, billing, and delivery addresses. If there are any errors in your order, please contact us immediately at info@hold-on-tight.se. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer

  • Shipping Areas: We offer shipping to all European Union (EU) countries.

  • Domestic (Sweden) Shipping:

    • All items in Sweden are shipped using either Early Bird or PostNord via the Varubrev service. With this service, orders are delivered directly outside your door or to your mailbox, you will receive tracking information, and you will receive an SMS notification upon delivery. Occasionally, a bag containing your package may be attached to your mailbox.

    • If the package cannot be delivered to your address, it will be redirected to the nearest pickup point and you will be notified via SMS.

    • Our normal delivery times within Sweden are 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched on the following business day. If delivery delays occur without prior notice of extended delivery times, please contact us at info@hold-on-tight.se.

  • Rest of Europe Shipping:

    • Shipping options include UPS (where available), DHL, and local carriers. Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days.

  • Delivery & Risk Transfer:

    • Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method. You agree that we may deliver products in installments if we experience stock shortages or other genuine, fair reasons, without imposing extra charges on you.

    • The products become your responsibility once delivery is completed. For home delivery, delivery is deemed fulfilled when the parcel is delivered to your address; for service point delivery, when the parcel is collected. You are advised to examine the products before accepting them, as the risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over 499 SEK in Sweden and over 99 EUR in the rest of Europe.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our cosmetic and hygiene products, please note the following:

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or used.

  • Return Conditions and Process:

    • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and, if applicable, with the original seal unbroken.

    • Notify us at info@hold-on-tight.se within 14 days of receiving your order, including your name, order number, and details of the product(s) to be returned.

    • Provide a clear photographic evidence that the product is unused.

    • Wait for our approval of your return before shipping the product in return.


  • Return Shipping Responsibility: 

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • You are responsible for the shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Products must be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. As you are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to our warehouse, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure insurance coverage in case the return parcel is lost.

    • If the returned product shows any signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reject the return or adjust the refund amount to reflect the diminished value.

7. Complaints & Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hold-on-tight.se with a detailed description and photographic evidence.

  • Upon approval of your complaint, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.

  • We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use of the product after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses due to delivery delays, force majeure events, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and instructions. We do not accept liability for allergic reactions or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, images, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Hold On Tight AB and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. All transactions are processed securely, and sensitive information is handled by our trusted third-party providers.

11. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or complete at all times. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the Swedish courts, subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Common Customer Issues & Protection Measures

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and promptly reported.

  • Return of Used Products: Due to hygiene concerns, only products that remain unused and in original condition will be accepted for return.

  • Payment Discrepancies: We reserve the right to verify all payment details and cancel orders if discrepancies are found.
