Using as Body Grip:
1) Shake the product.
2) Put a drop of the lotion on the back of your hand and apply a small amount on the grip points needing some help.
3) Give your skin 10-15 seconds to take the moisture in.
* Not intended as a handgrip, try not to have contact with the palms of the hands right before getting on the pole.
Use as a Body Lotion:
1) Use after the shower or as a body moisturizing gel for your whole body during your daily life, without being worried for slippery side effects when it's time to pole later on ;)
*You will only need few drops to cover your whole body.

This Body grip provides both hydration and better grip. Apply a small amount with theback of your hand(to not your hands grip) before pole class, on the gripping areas of your body which are dry or cold.. Intended as a body grip, not as a handgrip!
